You are strongly advised to take out your own travel insurance to cover you for any emergency or cancellation or loss of luggage etc. Gardeners’ Delight will not be held responsible for closure of gardens named in the tour itinerary. Under such circumstances every endeavour will be made to find an alternative. If one of the group members is taken ill or has an accident, Gardeners Delight will assist to the best of their ability but must reserve the right to carry on with the tour. It may be necessary to leave the tour member to rejoin later at his/her own expense

We cannot accept liability for delays, disruption or cancellations of holidays due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, strikes or any other reasons outside of our reasonable control. Note: in the event you may be able to re-claim monies lost and expenses incurred subject to the conditions of your holiday insurance.
Allocation of seats
Your seat number will be shown on the coach ticket which will be sent out one week before the event, together with more details about the programme for the trip. Whilst we will do our best, we cannot guarantee seating requests for particular seats or hotel rooming requests, and bookings cannot be conditional upon these requests. Please remember that in the event of a vehicle change, we may have to notify you of a change in your seat(s) prior to departure.
The time of departure is shown on your ticket. Please be at the pick-up point at least 5 minutes before this as we will leave promptly at the time shown.
